Job summary

Manitoba Blue Cross is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator in Winnipeg to support employee training initiatives and maintain learning systems. You will coordinate programs, calendars, registrations, and budgets while working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure effective delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of administrative, coordination, or support experience, preferably in Learning & Development or HR.
• Familiarity with Adult Learning principles and instructional design concepts.
• Experience with content design and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end logistics for learning programs (virtual, in-person, hybrid).
• Manage training calendars, sessions, registrations, and reminders.
• Administer registration for education programs (LOMA, CEBS) and track costs.
• Arrange training venues, materials, catering, and tech setup as needed.
• Liaise with internal SMEs, vendors, and facilitators for delivery of initiatives.
• Collaborate with the L&D team to plan programs and priorities.
• Maintain Jira and Confluence spaces; track tasks and templates.
• Support LMS content, user data, and training metrics.
