Job summary

Co-operators is seeking a Supervisor, Learning, to provide frontline leadership and operational oversight for a team of learning professionals in a hybrid workplace. You will align learning solutions with organizational priorities and support change initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Learning & Development with a focus on design and development.
• Post secondary degree in Adult Learning, Learning & Development, Business, Insurance or related field.
• Working toward FCIP or CIP is preferred.
• Experience applying adult learning principles, training best practices, instructional design, insurance operations, resource planning, quality assurance, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and performance management to a team of learning professionals.
• Foster an engaged, inclusive, and psychologically safe team environment with coaching and career development support.
• Lead workforce planning and resource allocation to ensure service continuity.
• Monitor learner outcomes and operational trends to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure high-quality learning programs through governance, budgeting, and new initiatives.
