Job summary

You will guide workforce planning, establish governance, and collaborate with HR, business leaders, and SMEs to align learning with strategic priorities. English required; French an asset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development with a focus on design and development.
• Knowledge of people leadership, performance management, employee engagement, and HR policies.
• Proficiency in English; French is an asset; FCIP/CIP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline leadership and coaching to a team of learning professionals.
• Oversee design, development, and delivery of high-quality learning programs.
• Foster an engaging, inclusive team environment and support career development.
• Lead workforce planning, capacity management, and stakeholder partnerships.
• Monitor learner outcomes and drive continuous improvement in learning operations.
