Job summary

Vast Auto Distribution in Canada is seeking a Manager, Learning & Development to lead learning programs, optimize the LMS, and coordinate content development across the organization. This role partners with instructional designers, operations leaders, and vendors to ensure training initiatives boost performance and employee development.

The role requires 5+ years in L&D, strong PM and leadership abilities, and bilingual French/English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field; 5+ years of L&D experience.
• 5+ years in learning & development, training operations, learning technology, or related field.
• 2+ years of leadership or project management experience.
• Experience administering or supporting a Learning Management System.
• Experience coordinating training programs, learning projects, or content development initiatives.
• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Bilingual in French and English (verbal and written).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage planning, coordination, and execution of learning and development programs and initiatives.
• Oversee LMS administration, functionality, and reporting.
• Coordinate LMS enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and vendor relationships.
• Develop content and coordinate with instructional designers and SMEs.
• Track learning metrics and drive continuous improvement.
