Job summary

MNP in Calgary, Alberta seeks an Advisor, Learning & Development to lead learning operations and LMS stewardship within our National Human Capital team. You will support events, learner services, enrollment, and reporting while piloting AI tools to streamline processes.

The role collaborates with stakeholders, ensures data integrity in LMS records, and drives learning impact through actionable insights. Strong English skills required; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in L&D, HR operations or education services focusing on learning operations, learner support, LMS administration and reporting.
• Experience supporting learning programs and events within complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Experience with learning programs tied to accreditation, compliance or regulated environments is a plus.
• Open to piloting AI-enabled tools to improve learner support and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support L&D operational excellence, including events planning, learner support, enrolment, LMS administration and reporting.
• Guide and support team members in problem-solving, planning and stakeholder management.
• Serve as escalation point for learner inquiries, registration issues and access questions.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve consistency.
• Pilot responsible AI tools to improve learner support and operational reporting.
• Track and monitor learning and event-related expenses to support budget accuracy.
