Job summary

Holt Renfrew in Canada is seeking a Learning Specialist to design, develop, implement, and continually improve learning solutions that support onboarding, capability development, change initiatives, technology adoption, and performance improvement. You will partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to deliver learner-centric programs.

The role requires experience in adult education, HR, or related fields, plus 2–3 years in HR/learning with a focus on training.

Qualifications

Post-secondary education in adult education, HR, or related field.
2-3 years’ experience in human resources and/or learning with focus on training and development.
Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

Support a team of learning professionals to deliver learner-centric solutions meeting objectives.
Assist all stages of the learning lifecycle from strategy to measurement.
Ensure learning solutions follow adult learning principles (70/20/10).
Maintain quality and standards across programs and responsibilities.
Collaborate with Learning Partners, HRBPs and HR COE communities.
Evaluate training efficiency and measure impact of programs.
Identify vendors and partners to deliver standard learning solutions.
Provide reporting on status, progress and L&D metrics.
