Our client is seeking an experienced, creative Learning Design Consultant to join their global learning and talent development team.
In this strategic consulting role, you will design and develop high-impact, engaging learning solutions that drive performance across diverse business channels—focusing primarily on contact centers, distribution networks, and customer-facing teams. You will lead all aspects of the instructional design lifecycle, from initial scoping and storyboarding to full-scale digital build and iterative revisions based on Subject Matter Expert (SME) inputs. Utilizing modern eLearning, AI video generation, and multimedia tools, you will craft interactive digital learning experiences that align with broader business strategies, brand standards, and user experience (UX) best practices.
Duration: 6-Month Contract (with high potential for extension)
