Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing and developing performance-focused learning solutions.
• Experience supporting contact centers, retail, or distribution.
• Proficiency in Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise).
• Experience with AI video generation and multimedia tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end instructional design from scoping to SME revisions.
• Create interactive digital learning modules for fast-paced environments.
• Produce multimedia content with Synthesia, After Effects, Premiere Pro.
• Maintain UX-focused learning portfolios and evaluate outcomes.
• Ensure materials comply with brand, accessibility, and governance.
• Stay ahead of learning tech trends and AI-driven approaches.
