You will lead all aspects of the instructional design lifecycle, from initial scoping and storyboarding to full-scale digital build and iterative revisions based on Subject Matter Expert (SME) inputs. Qualifications

• Instructional Design Experience: 5+ years of hands‑on experience designing and developing performance‑focused learning solutions, ideally supporting contact centers, retail, or distribution center environments.
• Articulate 360 Mastery: Deep, expert‑level proficiency in Articulate 360 (both Storyline and Rise) for custom eLearning development.
• AI & Video Tool Proficiency: Demonstrated hands‑on experience with Synthesia (AI video generation) and video editing tools (Adobe After Effects and/or Premiere Pro).
• Graphic Design Skills: Strong visual design capability utilizing Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, or equivalent graphic design applications.
