Learning Experience Design

• Create e‑learning modules, videos, and other digital assets using Articulate 360 (Rise, Storyline), Vyond, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Develop learning experience artifacts (storyboards, scripts, prototypes) for review and approval.
• Ensure content aligns with established learning objectives, business goals, and learner needs.
• Work closely with SMEs, HR partners, and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and validate content accuracy.
• Provide expert advice on instructional design strategies, frameworks, and best practices.

Project Management

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) for course deployment, tracking, and evaluation.
• Use learning data and feedback to refine and enhance digital learning experiences.
• Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in instructional design and digital learning.

Candidate Requirements / Must Have Skills

• 10+ years of experience in instructional design and adult learning.
• Proficiency in Articulate 360 (Rise, Storyline), Vyond, and/or Adobe Creative Cloud.
• 2+ years of experience with LMS platforms and digital content development tools.
• Strong understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design methodologies.
• 2+ years of experience with training project management.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Certification in Instructional Design or Adult Learning Principles.
• Previous experience in banking or financial services.
