What are your contributions to the team?

• Be responsible for planning, organizing, motivating and supervising the activities of twenty salaried and Technologists from our Methods groups.
• Assume all HR responsibilities of a multidisciplinary team, financial management and technology development department.
• Have to coordinate the manufacturing support to production teams.
• Be responsible of the first article inspection and improvement projects.
• Define and control the processes that link the department with external stakeholders and ensure you provide excellent customer service.
• Support initiatives related to the deployment of operational excellence in your department.

How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience:

• You hold a bachelor degree or an MBA, or a college diploma with several years of experience working in a aerospace industry.
• You have excellent management skills.
• You demonstrate good judgment, flexibility, you are results oriented, able to work under minimum supervision and you observe tight delivery deadlines.
• You are resourceful and ready to work in a winning team.
• You demonstrate affinities in communication and leadership, in addition to your strong organizational skills and excellent technical knowledge.
• You are bilingual (French and English)
