Qualifications

• 2+ years with client account management.
• 2+ years digital marketing or ecommerce experience.
• 1+ year experience with Amazon Seller and/or Vendor Central.
• Active listening and the ability to understand client needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients up to 10 accounts with high retention.
• Lead proactive client communication andStrategic guidance.
• Set clear expectations and manage lifecycle of accounts.
• Conduct strategy calls to review performance and priorities.
• Build, track, and monitor KPIs for accounts.
• Coordinate promotions and marketplace initiatives with cross‑functional teams.
• Analyze performance data to identify opportunities and blockers.
