Affirm, a remote-first fintech company, seeks a senior product leader to own the consumer loyalty program from concept to scale in a Canada-based role. You’ll define hypotheses, metrics, and sequencing across quarters, and craft rewards, tiers, and earn/burn mechanics that drive engagement at checkout and beyond.

You will partner with Risk, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Marketing and Engineering to build a compliant program with measurable impact on GMV and LTV, while mentoring teams and aligning

Formación

• 8+ years in Product Management, with consumer mobile apps, fintech, or neobanks.
• Built or scaled a loyalty, rewards or engagement program.
• Experience launching products from scratch.
• Owned repeat usage, cohort retention or share of wallet as metrics.
• Able to build a financial model for reward costs and funding.
• Strong UX instincts and design sense.
• Fluent in experiment design and attribution.
• Experience shipping consumer financial or regulated products.

Responsabilidades

• Own the vision and roadmap for the loyalty program across quarters.
• Launch rewards, tiers, earn mechanics, and redemption surfaces.
• Build engagement loops to increase weekly use and loyalty.
• Manage program economics, liability, funding, and GMV impact.
• Set up measurement, holdouts, LTV, and calibrate earn/burn rates.
• Collaborate with Risk, Legal, Compliance, Finance and Marketing.
