Job summary

Affirm is seeking a Product Manager to own the consumer loyalty program from concept to launch. You’ll define earn and burn mechanics, set success metrics, and shape how rewards appear in app, at checkout, and after purchase.

You’ll collaborate with Risk, Legal, Finance, and Marketing, build a data-driven model, design engaging UX, and drive rapid experimentation to grow repeat usage and incremental GMV.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management, with a track record in consumer mobile apps, fintech, or neobanks.
• Built or scaled a loyalty, rewards or engagement program with clear ROI.
• History of launching products from scratch, not only optimizing existing ones.
• Owned repeat usage, cohort retention or share of wallet as a primary metric.
• Comfortable building the financial model and defending costs and payback.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision and roadmap for the loyalty program, including hypotheses and metrics.
• Launch the first version of rewards and tiers across in-app, checkout, and post-purchase surfaces.
• Build engagement loops to drive weekly usage and loyalty.
• Own program economics, including funding mix and incentives, with GMV impact.
• Set up measurement for loyalty, tune earn/burn rates and tier thresholds from data.
• Collaborate with Risk, Credit, Legal, Compliance, Finance and Marketing on compliant rewards.
