• 7+ years in product management, with fintech, e-commerce, marketplaces, or similarly complex environments.
• Ability to independently set direction for a substantial product area and align multiple teams.
• Strong consumer product judgment with clear communication and user trust.
• Strategic and technical depth, partnering with engineers on platform capabilities.
• Analytical and experimental rigor using research, data, and experiments.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity with structured decision making and rationale.

Responsibilities

• Set the product direction and priorities across multiple teams.
• Build experiences that make credit understandable before checkout and reveal purchasing power.
• Develop personalized consumer journeys based on research and experimentation.
• Connect platform capabilities to consumer outcomes with prequalification and credit decisioning teams.
• Lead cross-functional decisions with engineers, design, analytics, and legal to resolve tradeoffs.
• Define success metrics and drive activation, conversion, and repeat engagement.
