As our Lead, Conversion + UX, you will own the future of Psycho Bunny's digital user experience and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) programs. Reporting to the Director of eCommerce, you are responsible for translating deep insights into shopping psychology and data into a clear, ROI-driven development roadmap. This high-impact role requires you to balance commercial goals with brand integrity, working cross-functionally and with external agencies to deliver innovative and highly efficient digital experiences that continuously redefine customer shopping behavior and expectations.
