A global technology consulting leader is seeking a Lead Consultant with expertise in SAP S/4 ISU Customer Service. This role requires at least 7 years of IT experience, proficiency in SAP applications, and strong client interaction abilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for problem definition, solution evaluation, and the implementation of strategies to enhance client services. Located in Ontario, the position offers flexible remote working arrangements and an estimated annual compensation between CAD 92,701 and CAD 107,185.

As a Lead Consultant, you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations. You will create detailed design, architecture and process artifacts and implement the deployment plan. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value‑adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
At least 7 years of Information Technology experience.

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga, Ontario / Calgary, Alberta or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
Estimated annual compensation range for the candidate based in the below location will be: Ontario $ 92701 to $107185
