Description Lead Business Analyst Primary skills 6+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst within Capital Markets or Investment Banking. Strong knowledge of Capital Markets products (Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, FX, etc.). Hands-on experience with Intraday Trade Processing, Front-to-Back trade flows, and Trade Lifecycle. Strong SQL skills for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting. Proven experience in data mapping, gap analysis, and process documentation. Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments. Secondary skills Experience with platforms such as Murex, Calypso or similar trading systems Familiarity with Market Data, Risk, and Regulatory Reporting workflows. Background in technology-driven capital markets transformations (e.g., intraday risk, trade enrichment, data migration). Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. JD Role Lead Business Analyst About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Intraday Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong Capital Markets experience to support front-to-back trading and intraday processes. The ideal candidate will possess deep product knowledge across capital market instruments, strong technical proficiency (especially in SQL and data mapping), and the ability to interact effectively with both business and technology stakeholders. What You ll Do 1) Act as a bridge between business users, operations, and technology teams for intraday trade processing and capital markets initiatives. 2) Analyze and document business requirements, functional specifications, and data mappings for intraday workflows. 3) Work closely with trading desks, risk management, and operations to understand and enhance capital markets processes (e.g., trade capture, position management, settlements). 4) Design and validate data flows between front, middle, and back-office systems. 5) Perform detailed SQL-based data analysis to support reconciliation, data validation, and troubleshooting. 6) Support UAT planning, test case creation, and execution for intraday trade processing systems. 7) Collaborate with developers and architects to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical design. 8) Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders provide polished documentation and presentations as needed.
