Position:

We are currently looking to hire aLandscape Construction Foreman. The ideal candidate must have 2-3 years experience working in landscape construction and have the skills to complete large and complex projects that could include masonry, hardscaping, carpentry, excavation and grading. They must have the willingness to continuously learn and grow in their role, they are able to follow direction from their foreperson and they enjoy the process of seeing a project come together from start to finish.

Role Requirements:

  • Ability to work as a team and/or independently
  • Ability to lead a team, and grow the team of a small crew, 2-3 people.
  • Be well organized and punctual
  • Ability to read landscape plans
  • An eye for a very high level to detail, creative
  • Willingness to work outdoors in ever changing weather conditions
  • Experience in operation skid steers & mini-excavators
  • Strong horticulture background
  • Experience with hardscaping
  • 2-3 years experience in landscape
  • Physically fit, and able to lift 30 -50 lbs.
  • Ability to withstand some repetitive physical work (kneeling, bending, lifting)
  • Clean drivers abstract and valid G-license (AZ or ARZ is preferred)
