This position involves the overseeing and coordination of projects related to cadastral and construction surveys and the duties required of an Ontario Land Surveyor.

Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise and motivate field and office staff
  • Liaise with clients
  • Meet timelines and oversee small to medium sized projects from inception to completion

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Surveying
  • Excellent communication skills and detail oriented
  • Understanding of CAD systems (preferably Microstation), calculating, survey methodology and a good understanding of Total Station and Data Collector technology
  • Working knowledge of Global Positioning Systems (GPS) would be an asset
  • Ability to learn new field and office surveying technologies
