Your work will help protect ecosystems, inform major infrastructure planning, and support communities and project partners across the region.

YOUR IMPACT
  • Conduct field programs supporting wildlife, vegetation, wetlands, soils, and ecological assessments.
  • Apply biological expertise to deliver high‑quality technical reports that inform regulatory submissions and client decisions.
  • Lead components of environmental impact assessments aligned with provincial and federal legislation.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to produce integrated environmental solutions.
  • Contribute to permitting processes and mitigation planning for resource, infrastructure, and energy projects.
  • Engage with Indigenous communities, land users, and stakeholders to support environmental stewardship.
  • Analyze biological data to assess project effects and provide evidence‑based recommendations.
  • Champion safe work practices and support junior staff through mentorship and guidance.

COMPENSATION

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $69,700 – $92,300

MB & ON: $63,600 – $87,500

NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $62,900 – $83,600
