Job summary

OKTO Solutions is seeking an On-site IT Technician to support client sites in Trois-Rivières and the surrounding region, with remote service desk assistance when off-site. The role blends hands-on field work with remote IT support within a dynamic MSP environment.

Ideal candidates will have a DEC or AEC in a relevant field and certifications like CompTIA A+ or MS-900. Strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to travel to client sites are essential.

Qualifications

• DEC or AEC in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Experience deploying and managing AD, DNS, DHCP; firewalls, switches and wireless networks; Windows servers/workstations.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and participate in the on-call rotation.
• French/English bilingualism is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure and troubleshoot the client's workstations and equipment.
• Perform on-site and remote support tasks as needed.
• Check servers, network equipment, and infrastructure issues with systems administrators.
• Update internal systems and documentation.
• Participate in on-call rotation.
• Collaborate with the infrastructure and project teams.
