Job summary

Responsibilities include installing and configuring systems, maintaining operations, documenting procedures and supporting all technology group levels. On-call and travel to various Tru Cooperative Bank locations may be required.

Qualifications

Diploma in Computer Science/IT required (2 years).
MCSA or equivalent certification to be obtained within first months of employment.
3 years IT experience including service desk is required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Analytical, responsible, and team-oriented with IT aptitude.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to internal customers for applications, telecoms, databases and enterprise computing systems.
Install, configure and maintain client systems and related software per standards.
Perform daily operational routines and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
Document IT processes, installation procedures and configurations for ongoing maintenance.
Travel to Tru Cooperative Bank locations as needed and support after hours or on-call work.
