Job summary

TEEMA Group is seeking a Systems Analyst 1 in Surrey, BC for hands-on application and system support. You will troubleshoot issues, assist with maintenance, patches, testing, and implementations, and coordinate with business users, technical teams, and vendors to resolve complex problems.

You will help extract and validate data for reporting, maintain technical documentation, and ensure compliance with security and operational standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot application, database, integration, reporting, network-connectivity, and Windows Server issues.
• Practical experience in systems analysis, application support, technical support, or a comparable enterprise technology role.
• Experience, knowledge, or a strong interest in data extraction, data analysis, and reporting.
• Exposure to SQL, databases, reporting tools, or data visualization is an asset.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively with business and technical teams.
