mark anthony wine spirits is seeking a Business Technology Analyst to join our IT team in Canada. You will provide technical support, installations, documentation, and on-call coverage across staff and branches.

The role requires a college diploma in IT, 3 years IT service desk experience, and certifications (MCSA). Strong Windows 11, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 skills are essential. Salary range CA$70,000–CA$80,000 per year.

Qualifications

Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology (2 years) required.
MCSA certification within first month of employment required.
3 years IT experience including a service desk function.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Analytical and logical thinking / problem solving with high technical aptitude.
Good team player with a positive attitude.
Background in Windows 11 and Microsoft Active Directory.
Familiar with Office 365, Microsoft 365 Administration, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure ID).
Displays an understanding of risk and adherence to policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

Technical Support: Troubleshoots, problem solves, escalates when appropriate, liaises with vendor contacts and branch tech reps.
Installation & Configuration: Setup, maintenance and deployment of client systems, devices, and related software to dept standards.
Operational Procedures: Carries out daily routines to optimize hardware/software use and supports all tech group levels.
Documentation: Develops and maintains IT process documentation and ensures periodic reviews.
Team Support: Provides support within the tech group, may require on-call hours and travel between Tru Cooperative Bank locations.
