Overview

Company : Laboratory Express

Location : Remote (U.S.-based)

Compensation : Competitive hourly wage

Schedule : Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM ET

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-line support for laboratory information systems (LIS), test ordering platforms, and result reporting systems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to laboratory technology.
  • Assist healthcare providers and laboratory clients with account access, password resets, and system navigation.
  • Accurately document all support interactions in the ticketing system with detailed notes and resolution steps.
  • Work closely with laboratory teams to resolve technical and logistical challenges.
  • Provide training and support to new users on laboratory systems and technologies.
Qualifications
  • Education : High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
  • Experience : Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT support or technical support roles.
  • Technical Skills : Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues; familiarity with laboratory information systems is a plus.
  • Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
