This entry-level role serves as the first point of contact for technical issues, troubleshooting hardware and software, fulfilling service requests, and keeping business units productive. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a technical role within a decentralized support environment, with foundational Windows and macOS knowledge, experience with Google

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience in a technical role within a decentralized support environment.
• Foundational knowledge of Windows OS and basic macOS navigation.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 account troubleshooting.
• Understanding of basic networking, Wi-Fi, and hardware setup.
• Ability to write SOPs for technical staff and end-users.

Responsabilidades

• Provide in-person and remote Tier 1-2 support for hardware, software, printers and peripherals.
• Assist imaging, configuring, and deploying laptops, desktops, and mobile devices at various site locations.
• Travel to branch offices to perform physical repairs and hardware installations that cannot be handled remotely.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of user requests, from intake to resolution and closure.
• Guide end-users on basic system functionality and best practices; escalate issues as needed.
