Job summary

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 3 years in IT roles, strong hardware/software/networking troubleshooting skills, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
• Certifications in IT like CompTIA A+/Network+ will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT support to internal teams and clients, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Perform regular maintenance and upgrades to systems.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve issues and optimize IT operations.
• Provide technical consulting to external clients to improve IT environments.
• Maintain records of on-site visits and system updates.
