About the Role

As a Personal Lines Sales Insurance Broker , you’ll be responsible for cultivating and managing a book of personal insurance clients, focusing on delivering an outstanding client experience while driving new business opportunities. You’ll play a key role in helping individuals protect what matters most—offering tailored insurance solutions and maintaining long-term, trust-based relationships.

What You’ll Do

Cultivate and manage strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all personal lines needs.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and referrals, with a focus on growth in the Niagara and Hamilton regions.

Respond to inquiries from clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders in a professional and timely manner.

Evaluate client needs, analyze risk exposures, and prepare customized insurance proposals with support from the sales team.

Negotiate terms and coverage with carriers to secure the best value for clients.

Process applications, renewals, endorsements, and policy changes accurately and efficiently.

Track and manage renewals and timelines, ensuring smooth transitions and consistent follow-up.

Assist clients through the claims process, advocating on their behalf and ensuring timely resolution.

Maintain accurate documentation and files in compliance with industry standards and brokerage policies.
