Qualifications

• General Insurance license is an asset.
• Meet provincial licensing requirements for ongoing education.
• Minimum 2 years insurance industry experience including sales preferred.
• Strong knowledge of auto and property insurance products and underwriting skills.

Responsabilités

• Sales and service of personal lines products to grow the client base.
• Advise on coverages and policies that meet client needs.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities across lines of business.
• Perform front line risk assessments following underwriting guidelines.
• Complete inspections and re-inspections as required.
• Achieve individual goals for client service, sales, quality and productivity.
• Respond to client questions, resolve complaints, and escalate when needed.
• Proactively complete client reviews on auto and home portfolios.
