The Co-operators is seeking an Associate Insurance Advisor III to join the Retail Sales team in Canada. This regular full-time, office-based role operates in English and focuses on delivering value through personal lines (auto, home) and specialty lines (farm and commercial).

You will advise and recommend coverages to meet client needs while pursuing growth opportunities in a supportive, community-focused environment.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years insurance industry experience including sales.
• Level 2 General Insurance license and provincial licensing requirements.
• Knowledge of insurance products; underwriting skills an asset.

• Sales, service and growth of personal and specialty lines.
• Advise and recommend coverages to meet client needs.
• Prospect for new business and cross-sell additional products.
• Perform front-line risk assessments per underwriting guidelines.
• Achieve client service, sales and productivity goals; respond to inquiries.
• Conduct client portfolio reviews for auto, home, farm and commercial.
