Qualifications

• One year of sales and service experience or related business experience preferred.
• Willing and able to obtain OTL license and meet provincial licensing requirements.
• Knowledge of auto and property insurance products and sales techniques is an asset.
• Criminal Record and Consumer History background check required.

Responsibilities

• Sales, service and profitable growth of personal lines auto and home products.
• Advise and recommend coverages and policies that best meet client needs.
• Prospect for all lines of business by identifying and recommending additional products.
• Complete front line risk assessments and inspections following underwriting guidelines.
• Achieve individual goals for client service, sales and productivity; support agency growth.
• Respond to client questions and resolve complaints; manage client communications.
