Qualifications

• Post secondary degree/diploma.
• 3+ years work experience.
• Experience with Salesforce/SAP/APEX.

Responsibilities

• Support Territory Managers with tender research, Salesforce updates, inquiries and follow-ups.
• Manage quote entry and transmission; perform proactive selling to target segments.
• Review sales transactions for accuracy; resolve errors; maintain CRM data.
• Drive COD and same-day orders; manage small customer segments and inquiries.
• Generate accurate invoices; manage pricing processes; assist with Channel Price lists in SFDC.
• Identify root causes of workflow issues; coordinate corrections to remove order holds.
• Assist in developing sales and marketing strategies for COD accounts.
• Track sales backlog and forecast with Marketing Analyst; monitor market indicators.
• Support A/R, Credit, and Supply Chain with collections and COD reconciliations.
• Commit to health, safety and environmental policies across work environments.
