Job summary

Softchoice is seeking an Inside Sales Support in Toronto to help drive customer success. You will research and fulfill quote requests, provide detailed reporting, and support the management of customers’ annuity business.

You will stay current on tech trends, pricing programs, and internal processes, collaborating across teams to deliver superior service. You’ll work with sales, vendors, and other departments to optimize pricing, availability, and solutions, while maintaining accurate customer

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B customer service experience.
• Experience with high volumes of requests and inbox management.
• Proficient in MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Experience with PowerBI and Salesforce is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Partner with inside and outside sales to research and fulfill quote requests.
• Provide complex reporting and manage a customer’s annuity business.
• Stay knowledgeable on technology trends, pricing programs, and selling processes for each customer.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance the customer experience.
• Assist with forecasting of equipment delivery and project tracking.
