Job Description

The Inside Sales Rep engages with customers through inbound and outbound calls and/or online channels. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and/or technical support by resolving routine inquiries and issues related to client products and services. WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE

As an Inside Sales Rep, you’ll:

  • Receive inbound calls from customers inquiring about their services; will identify their specific needs and provide information on subscription services that offer the most value to them
  • Upsell subscription services as they apply to customer needs and meet sales targets
  • Website navigation/referring them to published materials, secondary sources. Assistance with the GPS Navigating system.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Inside Sales Rep role include:

  • 1+ years’ experience ina sales environment - Need to be comfortable in sales environment as there are sales targets
  • 1+ years of call center experience preferred
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and logical reasoning. Quick thinking
  • Ability to speak confidently/ Good communication skills
  • Technical aptitude/AI Comfortable – website navigation setting up GPS Navigating systems -able to use guiding language
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy - will be communicating in written format with customers Via emails and SMS. Grammatical errors are a flag
