Job summary

Robinson in Calgary is seeking a detail-oriented customer service professional to handle quotations, order processing, and delivery coordination. You will communicate with customers by phone and email, prepare quotes, process transactions, and help ensure timely deliveries while recommending alternatives when needed.

Ideal candidates will have strong math aptitude, solid organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with computers.

Qualifications

• Strong numerical aptitude and ability to perform calculations accurately.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers primarily by phone and email.
• Provide timely quotations and accurate order processing and delivery.
• Recommend alternate products based on cost, availability or specifications.
• Process customer transactions such as orders and returns.
• Educate customers about features and benefits of products to improve sales and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Outside Sales to update customer contracts and deliveries.
• Assist with select returns and warranties.
• Prepare small to medium size job quotations.
• Provide phone and email quotes to customers.
• Source and price product as per quote request.
• Maintain records of job quotes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
