Job summary

ROBINSON is seeking a Project Coordinator in Calgary to join our family-owned, Canadian distributor of plumbing, lighting, and related products. You will be the critical hub for Outside Sales, Showroom Sales Consultants, customers and vendors, guiding product selection, quotations, sourcing, order management, and after-sales support.

You will build strong relationships, develop product knowledge across ROBINSON lines, stay current on industry trends, and ensure every project progresses smoothly

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating customer projects and supporting sales teams within a lighting, plumbing, interior design, or showroom environment.
• Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Detail-oriented, responsive, and resourceful with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities, and deadlines while identifying roadblocks and implementing solutions.
• Commitment to delivering a high standard of customer service and building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Comfortable learning and navigating a variety of systems, applications, and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Act as a central point of contact for Outside Sales, Showroom Sales Consultants, Customers, and Vendors, supporting product selection, quotations, sourcing, order management, and after-sales support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams to support successful project outcomes and an exceptional customer experience.
• Develop expertise across ROBINSON product lines and stay informed on industry and design trends to support specification development and consultation activities.
• Deliver professional, responsive, and customer-focused service throughout every stage of the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support project execution and foster long-term customer relationships.
• Coordinate project activities, monitor progress, and help resolve issues to keep projects on track and aligned with customer expectations.
