Job summary

ROBINSON Brandon Plumbing is looking for an Inside Sales representative to support our Brandon location. You will communicate with customers by phone and email, prepare quotations, and process orders and returns while coordinating with Outside Sales to update contracts and coordinate deliveries.

The ideal candidate will have strong math skills and excellent organizational and communication abilities, thriving in a deadline-driven environment within a family-owned Canadian distributor.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely quotations and accurate order processing and delivery.

• Educate customers about features and benefits of products to improve sales and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Outside Sales to update customer contracts and deliveries.
• Assist with select returns and warranties.
• Prepare small to medium size job quotations.
• Provide phone and email quotes to customers.
• Source and price products as per quote request.
• Maintain records of job quotes.
• Other duties as assigned.

What you will do:

Communicate with customers primarily by phone and email

Provide timely quotations and accurate order processing and delivery

Recommend alternate products based on cost, availability or specifications

Process customer transactions such as orders and returns

Educate customers about features and benefits of products to improve product related sales and customer satisfaction

Communicating with Outside Sales people to update customer contracts and coordinate deliveries

Assisting with select returns and warranties

Prepare small to medium size job quotations

Provide phone and email quotes to customers.

Source and price product as per quote request.

Maintain records of job quotes.

Other duties/responsibilities as assigned.
