ROBINSON is seeking an Inside Sales professional for our Steinbach location. You will engage with customers by phone and email, prepare quotations, process orders and assist with deliveries in a fast-paced team.

You should have strong math, good organizational and communication skills, and attention to detail in deadline-driven environments. Industry experience is a plus. We offer a family-owned culture and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers primarily by phone and email.

• Educate customers about features and benefits of products to improve sales and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with outside sales to update contracts and deliveries.
• Assist with select returns and warranties.
• Prepare small to medium size quotations.
• Provide quotes by phone and email.
• Source and price products as per quotes and maintain quote records.

What you will do:

• Communicate with customers primarily by phone and email
• Provide timely quotations and accurate order processing and delivery
• Recommend alternate products based on cost, availability or specifications
• Process customer transactions such as orders and returns
• Educate customers about features and benefits of products to improve product related sales and customer satisfaction
• Communicating with Outside Sales people to update customer contracts and coordinate deliveries
• Assisting with select returns and warranties
• Prepare small to medium size job quotations
• Provide phone and email quotes to customers.
• Source and price product as per quote request.
• Maintain records of job quotes.
• Other duties/responsibilities as assigned.
