Job summary

ROBINSON in Calgary’s showrooms is seeking a full-time Sales Consultant to assist homeowners, designers and contractors in selecting lighting and plumbing fixtures. Prior knowledge isn’t required as training and support are provided to help you sell our products with enthusiasm and confidence.

The role requires weekend availability and entails creating quotes, maintaining records, processing orders, and providing post-order support to customers.

Qualifications

• You enjoy assisting customers and providing creative solutions.
• You are sales minded and enjoy helping customers find and take home the perfect item.
• Willingness to learn about lighting and plumbing products to grow product knowledge.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Work with homeowners, designers and contractors to select lighting and plumbing fixtures from around the world.
• Create quotes and specification packages for customers and follow up on them.
• Maintain detailed records of quotes, sales and customer requests.
• Process and triage orders; ensure on-time delivery to customers.
• Provide post-order support such as status updates, back-orders, returns and refunds.
