Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide quotations and process orders and deliveries.
• Recommend alternate products based on cost or specifications.
• Process customer transactions such as orders and returns.
• Educate customers about features and benefits of products to improve sales.
• Coordinate with Outside Sales for deliveries and contract updates.
• Assist with returns and warranties.
• Prepare quotes for small to medium jobs.
• Source and price products as per quote request.
• Maintain records of job quotes.
