Responsibilities
  • Proactively prospect for talented agents through calls, meetings, and networking
  • Consistently recruit 4–6 agents per month and guide them through onboarding
  • Host training events, masterminds, and office activities to attract and retain agents
  • Lead interviews, hiring, and training processes for new team members
  • Partner with leadership to achieve recruiting and growth goals
  • Research competitor strategies and develop market-driven growth initiatives
Qualifications
  • 2–3 years of real estate sales experience preferred (but not required)
  • Track record as a top 5% producer in your market is a plus
  • Above-average sales and recruiting ability
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and manage a recruiting pipeline
