Job Description

INSIDE SALES

Roofmart is a major Canadian distributor of residential and commercial Roofing and Siding products, serving as the first point of contact for customers in-store and over the phone for sales transactions.

WHEN YOU JOIN US YOU WILL BE;

• Serve as the customer’s first point of contact in-store or over the phone
• Complete sales transactions, daily banking reconciliation reports, and purchasing
• Provide world-class support and build strong, long-term relationships with existing customers, as well as assist in developing new customers
• Comply with all health and safety rules, regulations, and legislation
• Perform other duties as required

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE;

• Have 1 or more years of successful retail, business, accounting, or sales experience
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Strong customer service skills
• A desire to succeed in a stable and growing company
