What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  • Provide inbound and outbound customer support using a call flow guide
  • Close sales while utilizing B2B and B2C skills for prospecting, negotiation, and presentations

What is Required (Qualifications):

  • Open availability to work flexible hours
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and strong computer navigation skills
