Digital Business Systems, founded in 1996, specializes in print and managed print services, providing exceptional after-sales service to clients nationwide. We are seeking a highly driven individual with a passion for sales and customer service to join our team as Inside Sales/ Sales Support.

Location: Ottawa or GTA, ON

Salary Range: $40,000 - $50,000

Job Type: Full-time, Remote

Key Responsibilities
  • Book meetings with prospective clients
  • Prepare and submit proposals and contracts
  • Track orders and monitor customer accounts
  • Manage and update CRM systems with accurate customer and lead information
  • Respond to emails and phone calls from customers and prospects
  • Conduct research on potential clients and industries
  • Analyze and present data on sales performance and customer behavior
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients
  • Work efficiently and independently
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, or related fields
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
