Position Overview

We seek candidates living near their territory familiar with the local business climate. The role is challenging but rewarding, with confidence in our solutions and customer satisfaction at the core.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist with proposals, RFPs, and demos as part of a seasoned Application Consultant team.
  2. Provide expert technical sales support.
  3. Maintain a highly reference-able customer base with 96% retention.
  4. Collaborate with Sales Operations and Legal teams to process and close contracts efficiently.
  5. Promote our award-winning HRMS/Payroll, Talent Management, and Time and Attendance solutions.
  6. Support SaaS solutions for growing client needs.
  7. Work with Implementation and Customer Support teams to ensure rapid deployment.
  8. Exceed sales quotas consistently.
  9. Stay knowledgeable about product capabilities and incorporate technical advances into presentations.
  10. Present products and services to decision makers and end users within assigned territories.
  11. Identify sales opportunities and develop tailored proposals based on client needs.
Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of HCM/WFM/SaaS industry.
  • 3-5 years proven success selling WFM/HRMS/Payroll solutions.
Travel

30-40% travel required.
