Lock Search Group is working with a leading medical aesthetics company that partners with premium clinics, physicians, and aesthetic professionals across Canada. Our client is expanding their presence in Fraser Valley and the BC Interior and is seeking a relationship-driven sales professional to support continued growth in this key market. This opportunity is well-suited for individuals from luxury retail, high-end hospitality, premium lifestyle brands, or client-facing service environments who thrive in consultative sales and value building long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with aesthetic clinics, physicians, and medical professionals
  • Act as a trusted product and brand ambassador within your territory
  • Support existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities
  • Deliver product education, in-service training, and promotional support to clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams on territory planning, launches, and events
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide market insights
Requirements
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to effectively support a diverse client base
  • Experience in medical aesthetics, specifically working with injectable products, or a background in luxury goods, premium retail, high-end hotels, hospitality, or lifestyle brands
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with high-expectation, premium clientele
  • Strong communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills
  • Self-motivated and entrepreneurial, with the ability to manage a territory independently
  • Comfortable working in a performance-driven sales environment
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory

Compensation: Base Salary ~$100-110K + ~$50K Commission (Uncapped)
