Job summary

Graham Contracting, Ltd. in Calgary is seeking a Project Coordinator to support our Infrastructure Division.

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will help deliver complex civil infrastructure projects by coordinating schedules, documentation, and field-office collaboration to ensure safety, quality, and on-time completion. The role requires 3–5 years in civil construction support, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office and construction management software.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering Technology, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience supporting civil, infrastructure, earthworks, utilities, transportation, industrial, and heavy construction projects.
• Strong communication, organization and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Day-to-day project delivery by maintaining schedules, tracking progress and documentation.
• Support cost tracking, forecasting, quantity verification and productivity reporting.
• Maintain drawings, RFIs, submittals, site instructions, and change orders.
• Support safety and quality programs; ensure compliance with requirements.
• Collaborate with clients, subcontractors and project teams for effective communication.
