Job summary

Graham Contracting, Ltd. is seeking a Project Coordinator for the Buildings Division to support pre-construction through close-out on medium to large ICI projects valued between $40M and $500M+.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will coordinate schedules, budgets, and QA/QC while ensuring safety and quality across site and office activities. You will work closely with senior staff to monitor labour, material, and equipment, prepare progress reports, and maintain documentation to support

Qualifications

• Technical Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, scheduling and project management software; strong coordination, documentation skills.
• Minimum 4+ years in a general contracting environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Project Activities: Update schedules and budgets, maintain cost control, and monitor labour, material, and equipment throughout all project phases
• Manage Documentation: Assist with drawings, revisions, site instructions, change orders, and maintain QA/QC and safety records
• Support Meetings & Reporting: Attend project meetings, record minutes, track action items, and provide timely progress reports to the Project Manager
• Oversee Change Management: Monitor change processes, identify and track change events, and prepare documentation for review
• Ensure Safety & Quality Compliance: Implement and monitor the Project Specific Safety Plan (PSSP) and Quality Plan (PSQP), including KPIs and NCRs
