Job summary

Graham Contracting, Ltd. seeks a Senior Project Coordinator to support the Infrastructure Division in Vancouver, BC, on-site. You will report to the Senior Project Manager and assist with cost control, documentation, compliance, and planning activities across civil projects.

Ideal candidates bring 4–5 years of civil construction experience, a Construction Management education, and strong proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, and InEight. Competitive salary, vacation, and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Formal education in Construction Management or a related field.
• 4–5 years of construction experience, preferably on civil projects
• Experience working with a General Contractor, with strong knowledge of civil project management
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and MS Project, with InEight knowledge an asset
• Knowledge of applicable codes, standards, and technical specifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor project costs and schedules, including labor, equipment, materials, and subtrade expenses, and review accruals with the Project Manager regularly
• Maintain and manage project documentation, including drawings, revisions, site instructions, change orders, and QA/QC records for testing and inspections
• Ensure compliance with technical standards, codes, and specifications throughout all phases of the project
• Assist with payroll coding, cost allocation, progress invoicing, and status reporting
• Support estimating and project planning activities, including estimate reviews, costing, and schedule updates
